Green Acres was established in 1997 and is situated in the peaceful countryside
on the outskirts of the quaint village of Kettlesing, 6 miles west of the
Victorian spa town of Harrogate.

We offer a first class service and a very warm welcome is always guaranteed, together with a very high standard of cleanliness.  We aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Bed & Breakfasts", choosing to return year after year.
 

Apart from just 2 access steps, we provide GROUND FLOOR
accommodation for 2 guests. 

The Bed & Breakfast suite consists of a private entrance into the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a well-stocked hospitality tray of beverages.
The fridge is stocked with milk, fruit juices and water. 
Guests also have the option of self-catering.

The lounge is furnished to a high standard and has a Flat Screen
Freeview Television and two comfortable chairs. 
Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also provided.

The spacious double bedroom is light and airy, having a very comfortable bed with beautifully laundered Egyptian cotton sheets & pillow slips.
Soft fluffy towels and dressing gowns are provided, together with
a variety of quality toiletries in the en-suite shower room.  

Fresh flowers compliment the “home from home” feel,
as well as adding to the overall ambience.

All rooms have central heating radiators, which have thermostatic controls
in each room and the lounge has the added bonus of a log fire, which
is a welcoming sight when you return after a hard days' sightseeing.

Many of our guests choose to prepare their own evening meal and sit cosily
at the dining table adjacent to the crackling fire instead of going out to dine.

We offer a complimentary sherry and brandy decanter.

Enjoy a delicious hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. 
We try to use all local produce wherever possible,
together with our own free range eggs from our flock of hens
which roam freely in the paddock.

We also offer a packed lunch if needed.

A 2 minute walk takes you to the local pub, which offers a wide selection
of hand-pulled beers together with freshly prepared meals. 
A car journey of 5-10 minutes will take you to the surrounding villages,
all of which offer lovely food at varying prices.

We regret that smoking is not allowed, apart from outside,
where guests can enjoy the patio area with a table and chairs,
overlooking the fields towards Kettlesing village and the stream.

We have ample off-road parking.
